Our services are designed to empower the lives of persons with disabilities and make them realize that the doors are always open for them. We collaborate with other organizations and individuals to extend our programs to these people and help them achieve a high quality of life.

Chapter 2
Through collaborations with ILCEIN, the Center for Independent Living in Richmond, Indiana, SIILC is able to provide consumers ages 55 or older with low vision, visual impairments, and those who are blind with access to assistive technology devices necessary to maximize their levels of independence. Such devices include items such as talking alarms clocks, talking watches, talking calendars, pill bottle magnifiers, talking scales, hand-held magnifiers, color identifiers, CCTVs, and more.
